DIY, Apple Cider Vinegar!

Apparently Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar was bought by a private equity firm, Orlando Bloom and Katy Perry are involved. Needless to say, Braggs is more expensive and does not taste the same. I googled how to make my own and I love it! I use the recipe in this link:

[Preserving Apples: How to Make Homemade Apple Cider Vinegar]

All you need is:

Organic Apples
filtered water
Organic cane sugar
Glass Jars
TIME

Yes, you made me some, you know I had dreadlocks for a long time—and used it on my hair and I have to remember that you can drink it. I need to figure out how to cook, Chaz really loved your vegetable things wrapped in bacon…he talks about that once a week…lol

 the medjool dates wrapped in bacon. Here is a recipe for ACV salad dressing:

1 Minced garlic clove
1/4 cup of ACV
Extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp of extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp of dijon mustard
Pinch of salt and pepper

You can also just take a tablespoon of acv daily.

I didn’t know what dates were — this is what Prop 13 did to my education.

I am certain that we lived in California at the same time. And it’s a shame you didn’t come to the desert. Because I could have taken you to a titillating and informative movie called, “The Romance and Sex Life of the Date” at Shields Date Garden in Palm Springs!

Thank you for sharing this! I will definitely try making this! I need a new kitchen cart as I have this very tiny, galley style kitchen and don’t have sufficient space for all of my projects. :woman_facepalming:t2: in my former kitchen, I had enough space for an entire fermentation station and had quite a lot of ferments going for a while. I can make it work here, I just have to rethink how I am using my space.
