DOJ accidentally files papers about ending congestion pricing in NYC

Back when I was in college, I took an economics class. We were introduced to congestion pricing as a solution to San Francisco Bay area bridges’ congestion as a way to use “Supply & Demand” and pricing to reduce congestion. By increasing the cost during rush hour, you would incentivize travel at non peak hours for many activities. Trump want to end anything his opposition introduced, even if it is a conservative solution. And someone “leaked” the strategy.
