I viewed the Biden/Harris 1.2 trillion dollar The Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), also known as the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law as generation changing on the level of the 1964 Civil Rights Act, yet I didn’t see white men urbanists —really grasp what was at risk in the 2024 election.
