These victories may seem small, but they aren’t. It is easy to get caught up in the fear tactics they are using, ie the overwhelming amount of executive orders. But this is purposeful and mainly for show. It looks like he is doing what his supporters wanted. They are not paying attention to the latter part, when most of them do not become law. I do think that Biden and Harris spent a good amount of time shoring things up as much as they could so that when the onslaught came, people were ready to counter.
