# Nobody Elected that Musk Dude Act

“Washington, D.C. —\*\* Today, **Representative Melanie Stansbury (NM-01)** introduced the **Nobody Elected Elon Musk Act** , legislation that would ensure that Elon Musk and anyone in charge of DOGE is liable for claims against the federal government due to the illegal actions that they are taking.

This legislation is co-sponsored by **Rep. Jamie Raskin (MD-08)**.

Musk and his DOGE followers feel empowered to take illegal actions because as Special Government Employees, they face no personal or financial risk when the currently eight pending lawsuits are decided. Instead, the American taxpayer will be left footing the bill for the chaos he is causing.

This legislation would ensure that Elon Musk and anyone in charge of DOGE is liable for claims against the federal government due to the illegal actions that they are taking.”

He isn’t American. Reminds me of how Hitler was Austrian, not German. When I got hired for the Dutch E bike Company Vanmoof I noticed their slogan was “we want to be the TESLA of e-bikes”.I knew after reading that I needed a new job immediately.Vanmoof subsequently filed for Chapter 11…now look at Tesla’s losses.
